Oracle Exadata X7 存储服务器更换预测故障硬盘
Here's a how-to for modifying a disk in Exadata (Predictive Failure).
1. Locate the disk that needs to be changed.To find the disk ID that will be modified, execute the command in the Exadata cell:
cellcli LIST PHYSICALDISK WHERE diskType=HardDiskAfter the command displays the disk located in Slot 11, verify the disk using the command below:
cellcli -e list physicaldisk 252:11 detailIt is also possible to find the disks that will be modified in ASM using the command:
cellcli -e list celldisk where lun=0_11 detailBefore we begin, check in ASM if the disk to be modified is:select group_number,path,header_status,mount_status,name from V$ASM_DISK where path like '%name of above step output';
We already have the disk that needs to be changed.Now we will continue the procedure.
2- In celcli, execute the command:ALTER PHYSICALDISK 252:11 DROP FOR REPLACEMENT
This command takes around 50 to 60 minutes to complete all the steps for removing the disk. For example, removing the disk from ASM, deleting the partition, etc.
Check in ASM if the disk has been removed.
select group_number,path,header_status,mount_status,name from V$ASM_DISK where path like '%name of above step output';
Once this command is finalized, the disk being replaced will have a blue LED.
After removing the old disk, wait 5 minutes before inserting the new one.
With the new disc already added, continue with the steps.
3- After that, run a validate on the disks
alter cell validate configuration
4-Follow along in ASM until the disk rebalancing is complete.
