症状

未对主机进行任何已知更改。
路径故障
进入 ASB:IOPF 的路径
SC_DISK_ERR9 和 SC_DISK_ERR10，附带感测数据 0118
预留冲突
devrsrv -c query -l hdiskXX 返回 ODM no_reserve，但实际预留为 single_path

原因

Generic IBM ODM 最初设置了 single_path 预留，当安装 Dell EMC ODM 并将路径移至其下时，该预留未被释放。

解决方案

"devrsrv -c release -l hdiskXX" 将清除预留，且该预留不会再出现。
